(By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms.)
Our massage therapists do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental health conditions.
All treatments are conducted in a professional, respectful, and non-sexual manner.
Either the client or the therapist may choose to discontinue the session at any time. However, the full session fee will still apply.
The treatment you book is the treatment you will receive. If you wish to change your treatment type, any price differences must be settled prior to your session.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete a client intake and consent form.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as appointment times cannot be extended.
Cancellations made under 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the full service fee. Day of or no show appointment cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No refunds will be issued if booking online or prepaying. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be retained as a customer credit, valid for 3 months. This is due to third-party booking system fees.
